Thanks for stopping by! I am so happy you are here taking the leap to find a good match for you and your needs.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in the field of social work with various settings and clients. However, my passion is working with women. I am passionate about helping women ages 15+ process their thoughts, take on different perspectives, grow, heal, understand their womanhood and all that comes with it and truly find self-love within their authentic self.
Whether you are navigating trauma, experiencing overwhelming emotions, anxiety, self-esteem, post-partum and or in the thick of a life transition, my goal is to meet you where you are at while also keeping a strong emphasis on your clinical goals. Life can feel so overwhelming and even more overwhelming when we feel confused or stuck.
Being a woman, our bodies endure so much and often becomes disconnected causing us to experience mistrust, confusion and dysregulation; feeling out of control.
While working together, we will focus on understanding and regulating your nervous system, as well as, utilize an integrative somatic, holistic, and strength based approach. This may feel different than standard talk therapy due to much of your symptoms and challenges being stored and experienced in the body. This will be a significant part in reclaiming your sense of self, self-trust and empowerment. The primary modalities used in session are EMDR, parts work/ego states, DBT and women centered strength-based focus. This allows for your challenges and symptoms to be met with sustainable ways to be compassionate and curious towards them; making it all feel more manageable and you more in control.
If you feel like you have done it all and therapy doesn’t work for you. This is often because you haven’t found the right therapist for your needs and or the right approach for you. If you feel like we would be a good fit, let’s connect! women’s cycles, beliefs, roles, and expectations in the world.

Thanks for stopping by! I’m so glad you’re here and taking the step toward finding a therapist who feels like the right fit for you.
I’m a Master of Social Work student with a clinical focus in mental health and trauma, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Denver. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents in high school and young adults navigating college, early adulthood, and major life transitions.
I am motivated to make a meaningful, lasting difference by creating a supportive space where clients feel understood while working toward growth, healing, and nervous system regulation. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered when life and emotions feel overwhelming.
My clinical interests include trauma informed work, emotion regulation, anxiety and depression, life transitions and adjustment, stress management, self esteem, and relationship and interpersonal challenges. I have completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and use a skills based, solution focused approach that emphasizes building practical tools clients can use outside of session.
In our work together, we will build self awareness, emotional regulation, and coping skills that support long term change. I aim for therapy to help you feel more confident, capable, and empowered to trust yourself as you move forward, while collaborating with you to create meaningful, sustainable change.
If this approach aligns with what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect
